XrayVision™ (XV) is slow to open. Various patient images are slow to open. There is a large delay when displaying patient thumbnails on the patient index.
This symptom usually results from anti-virus software. Since anti-virus auto-scan capabilities monitor all network and file I/O, there is additional delay in reading and writing data.
Either disable the auto-scan capabilities of the anti-virus software or limit the auto-scan options of the software.
