HELP: Tooth Controls Display Ellipses And Questionmarks

SYMPTOMS

The various tooth controls throughout the application display ellipses and question marks..

CAUSE

The application is trying to use a tooth control definition that has been moved or deleted.   Typically, this occurs when the application directory is manually moved from one location to another.

RESOLUTION

To correct this problem:

1. Select Tools > Options from menu.

2. Click on the 'Tooth Control' tab.

3. Select the applicable Adult and Deciduous Control from the options listed (e.g. Universal).



4. Click on the OK button.
