Users can access technical support information by selecting Help > Technical Support > Technical Support. By defualt, the screen displays Apteryx Technical Support information. OEM Resellers that provide technical support have the ability to display their own vendor/company information.
To display vendor technical support information:
Create and save a text file named SupplierInfo.DAT in the main application directory. The file should contain the relevant support information to display.
Launch the application, select Help > Technical Support > Technical Support to verify that the information contained in the text file displays on the pop-up box.
