HOWTO: Merge Two (2) or More Patients

XrayVision has the ability to merge multiple patient records in the event two or more entries in the patient database refer to the same patient. To merge such records:

1. Close all open patients by selecting Patient > Close All Patients.

2. Select Database Utilities > Merge Patients > Merge Patients. The 'Patient Merge' Utility displays with a list of all patients in the database.

3. While holding down the <Ctrl> key, left-click on each patient record to be merged.



4. The selected entries will display in bottom frame. Select the entry to be used for the resulting merged patient and then click on OK.

5. Select Yes to confirm the merge action.
