Since the fourth quarter of 1999, Apteryx has established relationships with VAR's that in aggregate cover 60% of the nation's dental practices. With coverage from Maine to the Great Plains, and from Florida to the Deep South, dental practices now have local integration management companies nearby that will enable the practice to expand into clinical image management, with XVa3 as the foundation. Since the introduction of the VAR program, Apteryx has more than quadrupled sales of XVa3, further establishing the application's leadership in clinical image management.
