Apteryx In-House Tech Support is ready to take your call and help you out with your ApteryxWARE product. Support is measured in 15 minute increments, available as needed, or in monthly and annual blocks.
You can use your technical support blocks for training, troubleshooting, or any general Apteryx software questions you may have.
All training sessions must be scheduled with an Apteryx Tech a minimum of 2 business days in advance. Training sessions are typically done in one hour segments via a remote web session and telephone, and includes time for questions and answers.
This item covers 5 blocks of 15 minutes each. A single support call may incur usage of more than 1 block of time, and partial blocks of time will be rounded as a complete block used. There are no refunds or credits given for unused time or blocks. Support blocks expire one year from purchase.
