About the Opportunity

Apteryx Inc. is looking for a talented people-person who can provide accurate, quick, and thorough technical solutions for our customers. The successful candidate will be skilled with Windows, familiar with various database formats, able to create/edit technical guides, as well as troubleshoot and identify potential technical support issues. Networking knowledge is required, as well as the ability to be flexible and well-organized.

The position provides technical services for our customers, primarily digital radiography. We develop software that interfaces to dozens of manufacturers' medical imaging devices. A significant aspect of this position is training, supporting, testing, and documenting our DICOM client and server software.  The position has the opportunity for international travel as well as the experience of working with organizations like the US Army and Navy.
